Synopsis[]
Jackie's mom, Pamela, returns from her vacation, then joins Bob in the hot tub; Kelso enrolls in a new police academy; when Donna's celibacy drives Eric mad, he decides to get back at her by spending money he would've spent on a romantic dinner for two on bottle rockets, but even this doesn't seem to spite Donna.
