Character[]

John is the father of the six Kelso children, including Michael, Casey, and their Unnamed sister. Through his son Michael, he is also the grandfather of Betsy Kelso and Jay Kelso.

He appears in the episode Career Day, the eighteenth episode of Season 1. This was the only episode in which Michael Kelso's father appears on screen.

His interaction with Kelso in Career Day mostly consisted of him trying to explain his job to Kelso. It becomes clear that his job is rather pointless, which results in Kelso feeling exasperated with his father.
